Our house faces south, and having installed an air source heat pump, and electricity prices rising, the next obvious investment were solar panels. We obtained numerous quotes but were let down on the installation because we wanted in-roof panels. The ProStar Technical Director assured us he could install within two weeks of receiving the order, so we went ahead with him for 14 panels, an inverter and two batteries.

The installation went smoothly, and has proved to be a highly successful investment, with virtually no imported power between April and October, and the exported power providing a buffer for the winter electricity costs.
